The water quality of some river sections is seriously polluted, posing a threat to groundwater and the water quality of Xiaofu River. Seasonal shortage of water resources is serious. Due to serious river seepage in autumn, winter and spring, there are no ponds and dams for water storage. Some rivers are blocked by a large amount of accumulated garbage due to low annual water flow, it seriously affects the quality of life and living environment of the surrounding people and threatens the safety of groundwater at the same time. The Hongshan section of the river and the Hongshan community section are already within the planning scope of the main urban area and are close to Jiangjun Road. However, the river is overgrown with weeds, the river banks are washed and collapsed seriously, and the river landscape is poor, which cannot match the image of urban development. Second, there are hidden dangers of water pollution in enterprises. There are 17 key environmental protection enterprises in the town, including 3 cement enterprises, 1 thermal power enterprise, 3 ceramic construction enterprises, 8 refractory enterprises and 2 chemical enterprises. These enterprises all have hidden dangers of water pollution to varying degrees. Third, there is a phenomenon of rain and sewage mixed flow.

The technology is a new type of sewage treatment technology with high-efficiency biological carrier, high-efficiency aeration system, high-efficiency microorganisms and biological enzymes as the core. It has the characteristics of fast processing speed, good processing effect, strong degradation ability and low operating cost. The company also cooperated with Shandong Tianwei Membrane Technology Co., Ltd. to introduce and use electrodialysis water treatment technology. Through internal independent technological innovation and process transformation, the wastewater recycling capacity has been greatly improved, and the water reuse rate has reached more than 45%. Energy saving and emission reduction work has reached a new level. At the same time, in accordance with the requirements of the superior installation of water online monitoring equipment, timely upload the relevant data of external drainage, so that external drainage timely dynamic monitoring. In 2012, the company built a 100m3 buffer pool and a 700m3 emergency pool according to the requirements of the superior environmental protection department, and installed an automatic switching solenoid valve in the water monitoring station. If the water quality exceeds the standard in the sewage pipe network in the factory area, the solenoid valve will automatically switch immediately, and the sewage exceeding the standard will be switched into the emergency pool by the emergency pump, and then the sewage will be returned to the sewage station by the emergency pump, and discharged into the urban pipe.
