Project Introduction

A large amount of high concentration sodium hydroxide and organic waste liquid are produced in the production process of organic pigment. The sodium hydroxide and organic matter are separated by diffusion dialysis device. The separated sodium hydroxide is enriched and returned to the original process for continuous use, while the organic matter after reducing the alkalinity is used to extract pigment. The project not only solves the discharge problem of high alkali and high COD waste liquid, but also effectively recovers sodium hydroxide and pigment.

Project Introduction

A large amount of waste alkali is produced in the flocking process of producing crystalline silicon solar cells. The diffusion dialysis alkali recovery device is adopted with 80% of the free alkali in the waste alkali solution recovered and 90% of silicate and macromolecular organic matter removed. The recovered alkali is added with the new alkali and returned to the original process for continuous use. The residual liquid containing a small amount of alkali solution is neutralized with the acidic wastewater of the wastewater station, and discharged after further treatment. The project realizes the recycling of alkali and reduces the cost of sewage treatment.
