Biological Extract Industry-Membrane Integration Process for Treatment of Chinese Medicine Extract Wastewater

The wastewater of traditional Chinese medicine extract is filtered by ceramic membrane and then enters diffusion dialyzer for treatment. The residual liquid of diffusion dialysis is discharged to biochemical treatment system for biochemical treatment. The biochemical standard water is filtered by reverse osmosis to produce pure water for reuse. Diffusion dialysis recovery acid (sulfuric acid content is about 3%) enters homogeneous membrane electrodialyzer for concentration and desalination. Fresh water can be reused as diffusion dialysis receiving solution. Concentrated water to sulfuric acid content above 9% is reused in traditional Chinese medicine extract production process. Through membrane integration technology combined with traditional biochemical process, the waste water of traditional Chinese medicine extract can be used as resources.

Electroplating Industry-Treatment of Electroplating Wastewater by Membrane Integration Method

Electroplating wastewater has always been a difficult point in membrane concentration process due to its complex water quality and high content of various heavy metals and COD. Homogeneous membrane electrodialysis device is used to effectively solve this problem. Raw water enters electrodialysis concentration after sedimentation, oxidation and ultrafiltration pretreatment, and enters MVR evaporation after reaching 12%. Fresh water is reuse after reverse osmosis treatment. Electroplating wastewater is effectively treated to achieve near zero discharge.

Treatment of Reverse Osmosis Concentrated Water in Thermal Power Plant by Membrane Integration Method

The reverse osmosis concentrated water of thermal power plant is treated by electrodialysis to the standard of boiler water. Reverse osmosis concentrated water has a conductivity of 3700 μS/cm and a water volume of 150 m/h. After electrodialysis treatment, the electrodialysis concentrated water effluent is 26m³/h, salt content 11118mg/L. Further, the electrodialysis fresh water enters the reverse osmosis system, and the reverse osmosis fresh water is further processed by EDI into boiler water. The conductivity of EDI produced water is less than or equal to 0.2 μS/cm, and the pH value is 7±1.

Chemical foil industry-membrane integration method to treat nitric acid waste liquid.

Nitric acid/aluminum nitrate waste liquid with a concentration of about 5% is produced in foil production. Diffusion dialysis device is used to recover nitric acid and supplement it for reuse. The remaining residual liquid containing a small amount of nitric acid/aluminum nitrate enters the ion exchange system to replace aluminum ions to obtain nitric acid with a concentration of about 0.5. Homogeneous membrane electrodialysis device is used to concentrate nitric acid to more than 8% and enter the acid blending tank, and desalination liquid enters the reverse osmosis system, reverse osmosis fresh water enters the diffusion dialyzer as the receiving liquid, and the concentrated water enters the electrodialysis device. The membrane integration technology is used to realize the recycling of nitric acid and zero discharge of waste acid water.
