Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology High Technology Research and Development Center issued a document（Notice on the Establishment of 2021 Projects for High-end Functions and Intelligent Materials of the National Key Research and Development Plan, Guoke Gao Fa Ji Zi [2021] No. 54）"High-performance electrically driven ion membrane preparation technology and application demonstration (2021YFB3801400)" was approved.
Shandong Tianwei Membrane Technology Co., Ltd. is the lead unit of the project, and Fu Rongqiang is the project leader (chief scientist). The project implementation period is from December 2021 to November 2025, and the total project funding is 84.5 million yuan (including 24.5 million yuan from the central government).
Focusing on the application requirements of high-salt wastewater reduction, resource utilization and chemical clean production, this project develops high-concentration electrodialysis membrane materials with independent intellectual property rights and high-acid and alkali-producing bipolar membrane materials, realizes the large-scale production of high-performance electrically-driven ion-exchange membranes, forms complete sets of technologies and equipment for electrodialysis brine reduction and bipolar membrane electrodialysis brine resource utilization, and builds 4 engineering application demonstrations to support the green development of metallurgy, chemical, chemical, new energy, new energy, light industry and light industry.
