The project takes diffusion dialysis technology as the core, and couples the processes of microfiltration, diffusion dialysis and nanofiltration. Recovered acid: 480 tons/day, sulfuric acid concentration ≥ 22% (recovery rate ≥ 88%, ferrous content <500mg/L (rejection rate ≥ 99%).

In the production process of pharmaceutical intermediates, 16%-18% hydrochloric acid waste liquid is produced. Diffusion dialysis device is used to separate hydrochloric acid from copper chloride.
