Tianwei Film: Two science and technology projects undertaken by Tianwei Film Company were successfully accepted.

On October 19, 2018, entrusted by Weifang science and technology bureau, Weifang high-tech zone science and technology bureau organized experts to accept the 2016 Weifang science and technology development plan project "bipolar membrane gluconic acid clean production process development" (no: 2016ZJ1026) and Weifang high-tech zone science and technology plan project "preparation of homogeneous electrodialysis ion exchange membrane for seawater desalination" (project no: 2015GXZJ25).
The expert group inspected the project site, listened to the report of the project leader, and reviewed the project information. The expert group agreed that both projects had completed the target requirements of the project mission statement and agreed to pass the acceptance.
"Bipolar membrane gluconic acid clean production process development" project uses the high-performance bipolar membrane developed by the company to develop a new process for the clean production of gluconic acid by bipolar membrane electrodialysis. Compared with the traditional ion exchange process, the alkali consumption (by equivalent) is reduced by 91.04, and the discharge of waste water and inorganic salt is reduced by 90.7 and 92% respectively. Apply for 4 invention patents and publish 1 academic paper. The implementation of this project is in line with the national industrial policy and industrial planning, and is of great significance to promote the development of local related industries and economy.
The project "Preparation of Homogeneous Electrodialysis Ion Exchange Membrane for Seawater Desalination" prepared a special electrodialysis ion exchange membrane for seawater desalination, and completed the development of homogeneous membrane electrodialyzer and membrane application technology, and obtained 2 authorized patents. The implementation of this project will realize the localization of small and medium-sized integrated electric drive membrane water treatment equipment, promote the development of seawater desalination industry in China, and play a very important role in promoting the development of national economy and protecting national industry.
