The 2015 project (subject) of the National High-tech Research and Development Plan (863 Plan) in the field of biological and medical technology has been completed, and the task of "Development and Demonstration of Key Technologies for Clean Production of Gluconic Acid by Fermentation" of the 863 Plan "Research on Key Technologies for Organic Acid Bio-manufacturing" project in the field of biological and medical technology undertaken by our company has been successfully established.
This project will aim at the current situation of gluconic acid production, select high temperature fermentation breeding, develop new bipolar membrane and electrodialyzer group, solve the process integration of acid-base regeneration technology to prepare gluconic acid, and realize the efficient and clean production of gluconic acid. After the completion of the project, a unique research, development and production center for special membrane materials for organic acid production will be formed to fill the gap in the industrialization of relevant special separation membranes in China.
