The project has greatly improved the product performance and service life of the membrane through the preliminary process optimization of all personnel of the project research group, and achieved an annual output of 100000 square meters of acid and alkali diffusion dialysis membrane respectively. And by changing the membrane type and size, channel spacer type and thickness, central tube structure and size, adhesive formula, etc., diffusion dialysis membrane components with different structures and sizes are obtained, A diffusion dialyzer production line with an annual output of 400 units has been built; at the same time, the project has applied for 15 new patents, including 2 authorized invention patents and 8 utility model patents, with independent intellectual property rights. Through inquiries, discussions, and on-site visits, the expert group agreed that the information provided by the project is complete and complete, the data is detailed and credible; the equipment selection is reasonable, the production process is advanced, and the social and economic benefits are significant, which meet the acceptance requirements. It was agreed that the project passed acceptance.
