On the morning of October 15, 2013, the establishment and unveiling ceremony of Fu Rongqiang Studio was held in the conference room on the third floor of our hospital. More than 30 people attended the ceremony, including middle-level and above leaders and scientific research and technical personnel. Li Shouping, Secretary of the Party Committee and Dean of the Academy, and Dr. Fu Rongqiang jointly unveiled the studio and announced the formal establishment of "Fu Rongqiang Studio.

Dr. Fu Rongqiang, as a well-known technical expert in the field of membrane industry, joined Shandong Tianwei Membrane Technology Co., Ltd. in early 2013. With solid and rich professional knowledge and strong working ability, Dr. Fu Rongqiang quickly established himself in Tianwei and became the organizer and promoter leading the technological progress of Tianwei Company. At the ceremony, Dr. Fu Rongqiang first made a detailed introduction to the original intention and planning of the establishment of the studio. The studio currently has 9 technical research and development personnel, mainly responsible for the development and application of charged membrane materials and their assembly technology research, the specific research and development direction includes electrodialysis membrane, bipolar membrane, diffusion dialysis yin/yang membrane. Homogeneous electrodialysis membrane and its electrodialysis device are mainly used to remove salt from aqueous solution (desalination) or concentrate salt from aqueous solution (salt making). The specific applications include material desalination in various chemical, food and pharmaceutical production processes, brackish water desalination, natural water purification, industrial wastewater purification, small-scale seawater desalination, seawater or brine salt making, etc. Bipolar membrane electrodialysis hydrolysis technology is mainly used in the production of organic acids, involving chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other fields. At the same time, the studio will also develop new types of diffusion dialysis negative membrane and positive membrane, and actively carry out the application research of diffusion dialysis positive membrane alkali recovery technology in industrial waste acid recovery. The studio plans to improve the varieties of charged membrane through 3-5 years of efforts, become the strongest team in the research and development of charged membrane materials in China, and support Tianwei Film Company to become the largest, strongest and most complete charged membrane company in China.

At the end of the ceremony, President Li Shouping made a concluding speech. President Li first congratulated Fu Rongqiang on the establishment of the studio, and put forward requirements for the development of the studio and the scientific research management work of the whole hospital: as a platform named after typical figures, the establishment of the studio is a major breakthrough in the scientific research management work of our hospital, and will become a platform for technical research and development personnel to concentrate, show their talents and pursue technological innovation. We must always adhere to the concept of "industrial institute", lead the market with technology, promote development with innovation, give full play to the technical advantages and industrial characteristics of our institute, encourage technical personnel to innovate and actively practice, and strive to establish more professional and technical The strong R & D team and studio lead our institute to the direction of an industrialized technology group.
