Recently, it was learned from the Shandong Provincial Environmental Protection Department that the "key technology of diffusion dialysis membrane preparation for waste acid resource utilization" jointly developed by Shandong Tianwei membrane Technology Co., Ltd. and Shandong Marine Chemical Research Institute won the first prize of Shandong Environmental Protection Science and Technology Award in 2012.
This technology is aimed at the current problems of waste acid treatment in many fields such as iron and steel, metallurgy, electronic etching, rare earth and so on in China, and develops a special homogeneous anion exchange membrane (diffusion dialysis membrane) and its complete set of devices for waste acid recovery, and is widely used in steel pickling, electronic etching, special metal processing, hydrometallurgy and other industries, it has effectively promoted the technological progress of China's iron and steel industry, electronic industry, hydrometallurgy and other related industries, and has produced huge economic, social and environmental benefits.
