The implementation of 120 key transformation and upgrading projects, such as the industrialization of coastal Tianwei membrane charged membrane materials, low-temperature waste heat seawater desalination, and energy-saving transformation of Haihua circulating water, has explored the characteristic circular economy development model of "small circulation within enterprises and large circulation in industrial parks", and has been established as a national-level circular transformation demonstration pilot park.
Entering Tianwei Membrane Technology Co., Ltd., chief engineer Rong Qiang said that their charged membrane technology has realized the efficient recycling of acid and alkali in waste liquid. "Through recycling, 10 tons of acid were used for production in the past, but now 1 ton can be used, which solves the problem of environmental protection and improves the efficiency of enterprises." Dong Guangming, director of the Economic Development Bureau of Binhai District, said that under the increasingly severe environmental protection situation, the application of recycling technology has turned the environmental protection management of "burning money" into a benefit generator. The systematic comprehensive utilization of wastewater, solid waste recycling, waste gas and waste heat recycling and other industrial chain networks have been fully established in Binhai. The industrial relevance in the park has reached 80%, and the output value of the circular economy industry is expected to exceed 50 billion yuan.
