On March 20, 2020, the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology announced the acceptance results of 12 key laboratories in Shandong Province, including digital medicine and computer-assisted surgery, and the Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of Charged Polymer Membrane Materials, built by Shandong Tianwei Membrane Technology Co., Ltd., successfully passed the acceptance.
Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of Charged Polymer Membrane Materials is an application submitted by Shandong Tianwei Membrane Technology Co., Ltd. in June 2015. According to the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology on July 16, 2015, "About the Approval of the Construction of" Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of Blood Immunity "Notice of 35 Provincial Key Laboratories" (Lu Ke Zi [2015] No. 96), the provincial key laboratory was constructed. It mainly carries out the design and preparation of charged polymer membrane materials such as diffusion dialysis membrane, electrodialysis membrane and bipolar membrane, studies the membrane separation mechanism and develops the corresponding group equipment and application technology, forms a complete set of equipment, and realizes the efficient utilization of charged polymer membrane in various production and life. In the past five years, it has undertaken more than 10 scientific research projects such as national 863 and provincial major projects, and won 1 national technological invention award and 1 provincial scientific and technological progress award. Successively developed diffusion dialysis membrane, electrodialysis membrane, bipolar membrane, diffusion dialyzer, electrodialyzer and other series of ion exchange membrane varieties and their combinations, products in many fields of green process transformation, waste resource utilization and other processes have been popularized and applied, the application of enterprises in the production of better economic benefits, but also produced good social and environmental benefits, significantly improving the technological progress of related industries.
The laboratory will take this acceptance as an opportunity to gather and train outstanding high-level talents and scientific research teams, integrate the research strength of charged membrane technology, further refine the research direction of charged membrane materials, increase the research and development of a series of charged membrane products, and accelerate the development of charged membrane technology application research and complete sets of equipment research.
