The project is led by Shandong Tianwei Membrane Technology Co., Ltd., and jointly undertaken by the University of Science and Technology of China, Shandong Marine Science Research Institute, Shandong Seawater Desalination and Comprehensive Utilization Industry Research Institute and Shandong Haihua Group Co., Ltd. Aiming at the waste of sodium, potassium, magnesium, bromine and other resources caused by the discharge of seawater desalination concentrated brine and the problems that direct discharge into the sea will affect and endanger the marine ecological environment and aquaculture, the project develops unit price selective electrodialysis membrane materials, studies the separation mechanism of primary and secondary ions, studies the pollution and scaling prevention and control technology of high-fold concentration of seawater desalination concentrated brine, realizes high-fold concentration of seawater desalination brine electrodialysis and establishes demonstration project.
The kick-off meeting was hosted by Professor Wang Haizeng of Ocean University of China,Shandong Tianwei Membrane Technology Co., Ltd.Chief ExpertResearcher Liu Zhaoming first delivered a speech, thanking the competent departments of science and technology at all levels, project recommending units and project participating units for their strong support, and hoped that all consulting experts would put forward valuable opinions,Make suresmooth implementation of the projectand successfully completed. Subsequently, the project leader, Dr. Fu Rongqiang, on behalf of the project team, made a report on the project overview, research content, technical scheme, assessment indicators, implementation plan and other aspects, while the project representatives of the participating units focused on the project objectives, key scientific problems to be solved, technical routes, assessment indicators and expected results.,The progress plan and other contents were reported in detail. The expert group fully affirmed the content of the project report, and at the same time, combined with the management requirements of the science and technology authorities for the key R & D projects in Shandong Province and the problems that may be encountered in the implementation of the project, put forward valuable opinions and constructive suggestions. In response to the experts' inquiries, the project team made careful records and gave detailed explanations to the expert group.
At the end of the kick-off meeting, Lian Wenyu, general manager of Shandong Tianwei Membrane Technology Co., Ltd., made a statement, promising to earnestly perform the duties of the project lead unit, actively implement the opinions and suggestions of the expert group, and mobilize all forces to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
