A large amount of high concentration sodium hydroxide and organic waste liquid are produced in the production process of organic pigments. Diffusion dialysis device is used to separate sodium hydroxide and organic matter. The separated sodium hydroxide is concentrated and returned to the original process for further use, while the organic matter after reducing alkalinity is used to extract pigments. This project not only solves the problem of high alkali and high COD waste liquid discharge, but also effectively recovers sodium hydroxide and pigments.

A large amount of waste alkali is generated in the texturing process of producing crystalline silicon solar cells. A diffusion dialysis alkali recovery device is adopted. 80% of free alkali in waste alkali is recovered, 90% of silicate and macromolecular organic matter are removed. The recovered alkali is added into new alkali and then returned to the original process for further use. The residual liquid containing a small amount of alkali is neutralized with acidic wastewater from the wastewater station, and discharged up to the standard after further treatment. The project realizes the recycling of alkali and reduces the cost of sewage treatment.
