Biological extract industry–Membrane processes integration for treatment of wastewater from Chinese medicine extract
Project Introduction

The waste water of the traditional Chinese medicine extract is filtered by the ceramic membrane and then enters the diffusion dialysis device for treatment, and the diffusion dialysis residue is discharged to the biochemical treatment system for biochemical treatment, and then the water is treated by reverse osmosis to produce pure water for reuse. The acid recovered by diffusion dialysis (3% sulfuric acid) enters the homogeneous membrane electrodialyzer for concentration and desalination. The dilute water can be reused as the receiving liquid of diffusion dialysis, and the concentrated water is concentrated to more than 9% sulfuric acid and reused in the production process of traditional Chinese medicine extract. Through the membrane processes integration and the traditional biochemical process, the waste water of the traditional Chinese medicine extract can be utilized as a resource.

Electroplating industry-Membrane processes integration for electroplating wastewater treatment
Project Introduction

Electroplating wastewater has always been a difficult point in the membrane concentration process due to its complex compositions and high content of various heavy metals and COD. The use of homogeneous membrane electrodialysis device effectively solves this problem. The original water, pretreated by sedimentation, oxidation and ultrafiltration, is directed to electrodialysis to concentrate to 12% and further concentrated by MVR, while the dilute solution of electrodialysis is reused after reverse osmosis treatment. The electroplating wastewater is effectively treated with nearly zero discharge.

Thermal power plant-Membrane processes integration for reverse osmosis brine Treatment in thermal power plant
Project Introduction

The reverse osmosis brine of the thermal power plant is treated by electrodialysis to the boiler water standard. The conductivity of the reverse osmosis brine is 3700μS/cm, and the water volume is 150m³/h. After electrodialysis treatment, the effluent of the electrodialysis brine is 26m³/h, and the salt content is 11118mg/L. Further, the electrodialysis dilute water enters the reverse osmosis system, and the reverse osmosis permeate is further processed into boiler water by EDI.

Formation foil industry-Membrane processes integration to treat nitric acid waste liquid
Project Introduction

Nitric acid/aluminum nitrate waste liquid is produced in the production of chemical foil, and the concentration of nitric acid is about 5%. The nitric acid is recovered by diffusion dialysis device and concentrated for reuse. The residual liquid containing a small amount of nitric acid/aluminum nitrate enters the ion exchange system to replace the aluminum ions to obtain nitric acid with a concentration of about 0.5%, Homogeneous membrane electrodialysis device is used to concentrate nitric acid to more than 8% into the acid distribution tank, the desalinated liquid enters the reverse osmosis system, the reverse osmosis fresh water enters the diffusion dialysis device as the receiving liquid, and the concentrated water enters the electrodialysis device. Membrane processes integration realizes nitric acid recycling and zero discharge of waste acid.
